Show Summary

“For a seed to achieve its greatest expression, it must come completely undone. The shell cracks, its insides come out and everything changes. To someone who doesn’t understand growth, it would look like complete destruction” - Cynthia Occelli

There is a process in which we move through everytime we set an intention and for Niamh, it’s about understanding and remembering our truest nature. According to Niamh’s favorite quote by Cynthia Occelli, the process of transformation may be seen by others as destruction. It is because we must break down the barriers that limit and control us.

Niamh had the perfect car, house, partner and career. To everyone else, it seemed like she had reached the pinnacle of success. She had what she wanted for her life which is based on the ideal lifestyle or the conditional matrix created by society. She was holding on to what she thought was her dream life, but she realized that her true nature is unconditional. Her true nature is to grow and expand.

In the next couple of months, she found herself in the unknown feeling lost and disconnected but in some ways also feeling really curious to what she is becoming. Her intention was to step into a bigger level of her work and service. With the desire to start with a blank canvas, she understood that things holding her back will resurface and she would need to unchain herself from unhealthy attachments.

Then, she began her journey of letting go of everything that created her identity - letting go of abundance. She took courage to walk the path of the unknown, shed the skins of society, and challenge and question societal beliefs. She fearlessly trusted her path and her inner voice.

Niamh believes that the process of attunement is not a “one path fits all”. It’s a matter of internal inquiry - to look at everything that is manifested in our life, every experience, everything we are moving through, at a deeper level. The process of attunement involves the process of unravelling and harmonizing with our original genetic blueprint.

Currently, Niamh, a speaker, transformational coach, founder of Attuneme, shares her message to empower others in navigating their journey with more truth, autonomy, and self sovereignty. Through Attuneme, Niamh helps others in their transformation by creating deep emotional and cellular change. She believes that we are here for an emotional experience and to feel a vast array of emotions suppressed by societal conditions. As we reintegrate our true human emotions and restore our original genetic human blueprint, we awaken awareness through the physical realm.

Show Summary

Kellie Stewart is a successful businesswoman. She empowers women and mentors people with her thoughtful and practical insights. Over the years, she has designed the life of her dreams and has turned her business to produce millions.

Currently, she continues to lead people in change, challenges assumptions, and teaches people to move past their fears. Her innovative practices help people effectively achieve their purposeful mission.

In this podcast, Kellie talks about how she has learned to comprehend the hidden language from her horses which have been a big part of her life. As humans, we rely heavily on spoken word language even if we have access to energetic non verbal communication. Communication has the power to create love or destroy lives. But to communicate without words and through energy, one must first bring a sense of awareness to one’s self, be present, and assess the situation.

Recently, she faced a big challenge of losing her husband. She had multiple consecutive griefs which she labels as her “spiritual awakening shitstorm”. To bring back a state of balance in her life, she underwent a grief process with Dr. Demartini. She experienced all the components and emotions related to the process. Although moving away from pain and moving towards pleasure is part of our natural behavior as humans, this particular experience taught Kellie not to avoid grief and pain.

When we are aware of ourselves and our situation, we understand our contribution to the problem, and when we take responsibility, then things can change drastically. Kellie advises people on the importance of being present and being conscious. Intuition becomes the guiding light in one’s actions and it stems out from having awareness with yourself, the people you are surrounded with, and your current state.

EP012 - From Success to Fulfilment with Jeffrey Slayter

Show Summary

Are you in control? Do you think that you always have control over every aspect of your life? Do you have everything planned out?

Jeffrey Slayter, a transformational coach, thought leader, and speaker, was used to having a program in his life. He knew what’s next for him and what’s the meaning of certain events or actions in his life. He used to think that he was in control.

His goal, in his early 20s, was to share the stage with recognized thought leaders which he was able to do. A few of his other goals were to share a message of transformation and reach his financial goals. A big part of his successes and achievements was the push energy that he exerted to accomplish his goals. He kept pushing and thought all these accomplishments will make him happy. Reaching all these goals was the perfect picture of success but this status quo of success did not give him the happiness he thought of.

Eventually, this same push energy caused him to be burnt out, unsatisfied, and wondering what all his efforts were for. He knew that happiness could not be found anywhere else but inside one’s self.

Then, Jeffrey decided to recalibrate and take some time to reflect. He exerted the same push energy while taking on the path of liberation and awakening. He realized that no matter how hard he pushes, it will not lead him anywhere. At this moment, he shifted from pushing to listening more to himself. He became gentler with himself through the awakening process. Ultimately, things fell into place at the right time with the right people.

For someone who was used to having control, it was painful for Jeff to not now what’s next in his life. According to Jeff, there’s a lot of medicine in darkness. With this, he navigated his own journey from success to fulfilment.

In his book Success 2.0, Jeff redefines the meaning of success. When he started, success was defined as bringing something new into the world, making a difference, creating an impact, and earning a huge amount of money. His journey was upgraded from reaching success, to not knowing what’s next, to trusting the unknown, and having fulfilment in life.

EP011 - Being In Alignment With Sinead Clauss

Show Summary

We’ve all made fear-based decisions in our life. Got into a relationship because of the fear of being alone. Got a job because of the fear of not feeling worthy. Or got into a business because of the fear of missing out.

Truth is… while fear-based decisions may serve you to give you what you wanted at the time - someone to take care of us, finances or the feeling of importance, at one point… we wake up and realised that it’s not in alignment with our truth (highest self).

That’s what Sinead and I talked about in this interview.

Sinead is a millennium mum, a mumprenuer and a heart-centred entrepreneur who has inspired me so much during this conversation. She started an online business (link) while she was 12 weeks pregnant and within 5 months, she and her team have generated $20,000. While we talked about business at the later part of our convo, this isn’t about the business or the income that was generated.

As I’ve said so many times… to me, business is about peeling back layers, looking at the limitations that hold us back, releasing them and choosing to become the person we desire to be.

Today, her son is 8 weeks old and she’s one of the most focussed, disciplined and grounded moms I’ve met. I can’t wait to share with you her story and her wisdom so tune in now to get all the golden nuggets.
