Show Summary

Have you ever had that moment where an act, a decision, or a shift felt so right even without analyzing the reason behind it?

How about an intuitive voice in your head telling you and pushing you to take a leap of faith?

Adam has one value above all which is following his intuition which requires trusting in the unknown. Trusting the unknown means not having a clear plan but knowing that you would be exactly where you are supposed to be.

Adam took that leap of faith when he consciously uncoupled with his girlfriend for more than 9 years.

He has had traumatic experiences in the past such as being sexually abused at the age of 5. Adam grew up believing that life is unsafe and scary. This belief has been rooted deeply in him and it made him believe that he could not trust himself. He was constantly waiting for the worst case scenarios even when things were going well. Their relationship had been their safety net where they cultivated security within each other.

But after coming out of an Ayahuasca ceremony and both of them receiving the same message, they decided that it was time to remove the safety net to really discover who they are outside of their relationship container.
