How introverts can make an impact and be successful

How introverts can make an impact and be successful

Recently I wrote an article on introversion and extroversion simply because all my life I thought I had a problem -- I didn't fit in.

However, as I started researching over the years, I realised that it was my introverted nature and how I can use it to create great impact in the work that I do. So for my introverted, highly sensitive and socially awkward friends, you're not alone.

Choose your struggles, not desires

So here we are again. Sending you flying memoirs - basically emails that I wrote on the plane to you because I don’t know what else to do other than look at my computer.

Kids are screaming, I’m in cattle class, the seats are super small and I can’t move much even though Im half the size of I was last year (let alone 5 years ago). Wait, I found 3 seats empty at the back - run before someone else gets it. Phew! The air hostess was a little pissed but I own 3 seats for the next 8 hours…. like a boss!

Ok I digress....

Never playing small again

Never playing small again

So as you might know, I've recently moved across country from Perth to Melbourne. Funnily enough Melbourne wasn't on my list of places to move to! Talk about how life can throw you opportunities that wasn't part of our plan. People told me "It's cold!", "You get 4 weathers in one day", "You will miss Perth's beaches" and so many other things that really demotivated me to move. In fact, I had a crisis before I moved because I DID NOT want to move at last minute.

But I did anyway.

How to build self-confidence

How to build self-confidence

What would you do if you weren’t afraid?

I was asked that question when I was 16 and it changed my life. I’ve always had confidence in my life in most things. That wasn’t a cover-up confidence to hide my weaknesses. It was the belief I had in myself. I believed that when I set my mind to it, I’ll always achieve.

For a long time, I’ve understood that the level of confidence that you have determines the quality of life you have. Your level of confidence determines how much you can sell in business and how much you can achieve in life.

Manifesting: How You Can Write Scripts To Create A Future You Desire

Manifesting: How You Can Write Scripts To Create A Future You Desire

I'm not really a big fan of affirmations but I believe in scripts. Writing scripts is one of the things I teach my coaching clients. If you're a deliberate creator of your future, then you need to know exactly how you want it to turn out. Sure, some things are beyond your control but your intention is in your control and how you visualise is in your control.

I've written many scripts over the years and I'm the living proof that most of the things have come true already. The more detailed and specific the scripts are, the better. Here are some of the things I've achieved....

5 Tips To Step Into Your Greatness

5 Tips To Step Into Your Greatness

Ralph Waldo Emerson once said that "What lies behind you and what lies in front of you, pales in comparison to what lies inside of you".

As the new wave of Visionary and Impactful Leaders in our own worlds, I know that if you're like me, you have a fire in your belly that's ready to be ignited. May be there's a flame starting or burning already. May be it just needs a bit more fuel.

Whether you're starting a new life, a new path or a new business, it doesn't matter. It all starts from within. It's really about changing your external reality through the work of shifting your internal world. Mindset. Yes, that's what I'm talking about. This is about identity work. Inner work. Transformational work. But it doesn't have to be ra-ra or woo-woo. It doesn't even have to be hard.

Best part? It can be fun! So the question is not "Is it possible?". The question is... How do I step into my greatness?

Money Mindset

Money Mindset

There’s no doubt that it’s time to change the way that women think, feel, and speak about money. Women need to know that they can be empowered around money, and they can have a better relationship with money. Being an entrepreneur is a roller coaster of fear and excitement. In different stages of your business, different things will scare you, but what scares you today won’t scare you in the future because it will be a normal part of your business. The good and bad news is, there’s always going to be something new to scare you.

Five things that need to change about the way that women view money are...

How to create a wildly successful 'lifestyle' business

How to create a wildly successful 'lifestyle' business

Finding out if your business is in alignment with you and your future is as easy as making a decision today, going within and checking the feelings and emotions associated with where you are and where you are going.

Deep down in your stomach, you'll always know if something doesn’t feel right. Even if you're making 6 or 7 figures a year, if you look at your business and if it doesn’t feel 110% awesome, then something in there is out of alignment.

What if you're the one who's in the way?

What if you're the one who's in the way?

If you know me, I'm all about experiencing, going to the deep ends, failing, learning, living and teaching what I've learned along the way.

I'm not a guru. In fact, I'm still a life-long student just like you.

I do deep inner work through several different modalities on a regular basis. I've gone to the amazon jungle, spent time with the Shamans, Spiritual Leaders, Business Leaders, Change Makers and Thought Leaders.

I sit in the chairs of deep transformational workshops every month. I invest 80% of my income in my self and spiritual development.

So in one of my meditations, which sometimes last anywhere from 4 - 10 hours, I learned one thing about myself.

I wasn't open to receive.

What are you most scared of?

What are you most scared of?

One of my all time favourite quotes is “The only thing that we’re most afraid to face is ourselves”.

Since young, I’ve had a different interest in life. Since about 12, when all the other girls were interested in boys and beauty, I was interested in philosophy and psychology. The first book I ever bought was a self-help philosophical book. I remember I used to underline with blue on the sentences that I really liked, highlight with yellow on the sentences that I didn’t understand and I would go back to the same book many times over the years, learning new things as I started to understand about life.

I’ve spent the last 15 years of my life learning about psychology, human behaviour, philosophy & spirituality through books and through my own personal direct experiences. Not only have I read books and attended seminars, I’ve spent time with and learned from spiritual leaders, gurus, hippies, neuroscientists, geoscientists and teachers.
