When we meet people, we tend explain ‘who we are’ by our titles. I’m a Business Coach, a Business Owner, Consultant and so on. But it doesn’t really mean much and it doesn’t really stick.
Likewise, when you advertise your business online, through flyers, website or in whatever format, how are you going to communicate?
We’re all bombarded with ads every day - TV, Radio and Social Media. How are you going to stand out? I want to show you something.
What’s wrong with these ads? I’m sure they’ve carefully planned but one tiny mistake can mean a whole lot of different meaning.
What about these ones? They are creative, funny and attracts attention. People will be sure to remember them.
That’s why you’re an artist.
When you advertise your business, you need to think creatively so that you stand out. And you make money. I know you’re passionate about what you do. I know you want to make a difference whether through your products or services.
Last week I ran a workshop and one of the ladies is an owner of a food shop. When I told her she’s not selling food, she’s selling convenience, time and feeling, she said she’s never thought of it that way.
For example, when I sell my coaching services, I’m not selling sessions. I’m helping you buy back your time. Instead of you having to spend months, if not years, you’re going to be able to collapse the timelines and create results in the shortest time possible.
I’m selling your dreams.
Why do you want to launch your business?
To have financial freedom? To be able to travel around the world? To be able to spend more time with family? To have a sense of achievement in your life? To make a difference?
Yes, that’s what I’m selling because I bought those from my coach when I hired him.
